We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures to support accessibility

Chromapulse is committed to making our website accessible to all users, and we continually strive to improve the accessibility of our site. Our measures to support accessibility include:

  • Including accessibility in our mission and organizational policies.
  • Incorporating accessibility considerations into our web design and content creation processes.
  • Regularly testing our website with the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool to identify and address potential accessibility issues.
  • Addressing feedback from our users to improve the accessibility of our site.

We understand that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to continually improving the accessibility of our website. If you have any feedback or suggestions for how we can improve, please contact us.

Conformance status

We are continuously working towards conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard for web accessibility. We are aware that some areas on our website, particularly where brand colors are used, may not fully meet these standards due to contrast issues. Additionally, while we strive to provide alt text for all images, there may be instances where alt text is missing due to an oversight. We regularly check for and correct such issues.

Due to resource limitations, we are currently unable to thoroughly test all website functionality for full keyboard accessibility, but we are committed to improving this aspect as resources become available. Similarly, while we are currently unable to provide voice overs for our content, we strive to optimize our website for use with screen readers.

Language Accessibility

Currently, our website is only available in English due to resource limitations. However, as resources become available, we will strive to provide our content in additional languages to make our website more accessible to non-English speakers.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on our website:

We aim to respond to feedback within 5 business days.

Ongoing effort

We understand that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to regularly check for issues, make necessary improvements, and ensure that all new content and functionality meets accessibility standards to the best of our ability.
